Canceling a subscription
You may cancel future monthly renewals at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and account access continues through that date unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. We will review reported duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or billing errors individually.

Email nobossone@gmail.com with the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Please do not email complete payment-card numbers.
